Doree Bonner International is delighted to announce that Advanced Removals & Storage have joined the Group with immediate effect.
Advanced Removals & Storage are a highly respected and long-established company based in Gloucester and founded by Peter Hartwell in 1999. A family company, with sons Steve and Geoff Hartwell taking over in the running of the business from 2014.
Advanced Removals & Storage, whilst joining the Group, will continue to service the Southwest of England across from Swindon to Bristol and up through Gloucestershire into Worcestershire. Its local operational and sales function will remain completely separate, but it will of course benefit from Doree Bonner’s central functions such as IT, HR, Finance, Marketing and its existing nationwide coverage.
The addition of Advanced Removals to the Group will strengthen its coverage in the Southwest as well as opening up new areas in the southern part of the West Midlands. It’s 26,000 sq ft modern Warehouse Facility is a welcome enhancement to the Group’s storage capacity, with over 1500 storage containers supplemented by external storage, located at the Gloucester based site.
Geoff Hartwell remains with the company as a director and he will continue to run the business. His brother Steve Hartwell will stay on as a consultant to assist with the transition. This will ensure that the Advanced Removals ethos for excellent service is maintained, and its current customer base sees no change.
All the staff have been retained, and the logo and corporate colours of Advanced Removals remain the same.
