DOREE BONNER RETURN THEIR LIBRARY BOOKS !

The completion of the new Newcastle City Library has allowed Doree Bonner International to complete the packing, relocation and re-shelving of the entire Newcastle collection for the second time in three years!

In addition to transferring the library bookstock and staff from their temporary home in Lemington School, our dedicated library team relocated the Local Studies division from Newcastle Civic Centre and completed the project with the return of the collection from storage at our Newcastle warehouse. 

The special collections were transferred from Beamish Museum and the Lang Gallery together with 45,000 volumes, 75,000 illustrations and the entire contents of the central library. They were packed, protected and safely returned to the £40M new facility over a six-week period.
