Geoff Watson, Managing Director, Sales and Marketing.

Geoff entered the removals industry in 1979 straight from university as a trainee manager with Hoults Removals in Newcastle. He moved to London in 1981 to manage its London operations. In 1983, Hoults were acquired by Pickfords Removals and after various management positions Geoff became Managing Director of the Hoults Group in 1989. After holding several senior positions in Pickfords, he became a main board director in 1992. He then spent two years living in Belgium managing their Mainland European Activities, including such "hotspots" as Moscow, Warsaw and Budapest. Geoff returned to the U.K. in October 1994 to start Kelerbay Ltd.

Gordon Lyall, Managing Director, Operations.

Gordon also entered the industry straight from university in 1983 as a trainee manager with Hoults Glasgow. He held various management positions in Manchester and London, before becoming General Manager of the Hoults Group of Companies in 1990. In 1993 he became Director in charge of Pickfords Business and Industrial division, where he remained until starting Kelerbay with Geoff Watson in 1994.

Nigel Smith B.Sc. F.C.A., Financial Controller.

After attending Surrey University, Nigel qualified as a chartered accountant in 1978, having trained with a West End firm. He worked in several sectors of the shipping industry before joining the Doree Bonner International Group in 1990.

Sally Saunders, Group Personnel / Administration Manager.

Sally joined the Group in August 1995. After a thorough grounding in all aspects of the removals business and spearheading the company's ISO 9002 Accreditation, Sally moved to become Imports Co-ordinator. Due to the expansion of the company and her previous I.T and training experience she was appointed to her current role in 1997.

Andrew Boyd, Group Facilities and Purchasing Manager.

Andrew joined Bonners Movers in 1982 as a trainee, after attending Canterbury and Hadlow colleges, qualifying in agricultural management. From managing our warehouses through to our International Removals department, his experience has, over the years, encompassed all spheres of removal operation giving the expertise and breadth of knowledge that his position demands.

Stephen Bonner, General Manager, London.

Stephen's career in removals began when he was just 18, when he joined Bonners Movers in 1976, although he had always worked in the various departments during his school holidays. In 1989, Stephen and his father sold the business to Doree's Removals, and a year later he left to join the Pantechnicon Group as its group manager. 1992 saw Stephen join Excess Baggage PLC as their MD. Here he expanded its international removals, baggage business and developed its airport and rail operations before he took up his new role with the Doree Bonner International team.

Colin McGregor, Director, Scotland and North England.

Colin has 21 years experience in the removal’s industry; many of these were spent working as a successful Branch Manager for Pickfords Removals. In 1991 he was promoted to General Manager of Scotland & North of England. Colin then worked for 18 months with Allied Van Lines in Canada running the International, Commercial and Van Line operations. Colin returned to Scotland in 1996 and worked in the Business Moving division of Pickfords, specialising in large projects and contracts.

Andy Oates, General Manager, Midlands Area

Andy joins Doree Bonner from The International Moving Company and has a solid background in the international removals industry, which includes 20 years of service in the Midlands area. Andy's experience includes 3 years as a Branch Manager with Pickfords at their Derby and Leicester branches, and 5 years as Midlands General Manager for The International Moving Company based in Loughborough. Andy's career achievements include being awarded the Pickfords Young Manager of the Year Award in 1987

Nick Earle, General Manager, Bath / Bristol.

Nick entered the removals industry in 1978 as a trainee manager based at Southampton. During his 18 years with Pickfords he held several positions in the operational and sales departments. He has always been based in Southwest England and since 1995 has held the position of Group Manager at Bristol. Nick joined the Doree Bonner International Group in 1998.

Paul Marchant, General Manager, Kent.

Paul joined the removals Industry in 1979 as a trainee manager with Richman Ring Ltd. During his 21 years with Richman Ring Ltd. he held several positions in operational and sales departments. In 1990 he became European Manager. In 1995 he was appointed a Director, responsible for European & Overseas Sales. He joined the Doree Bonner International Group in September 2000.

James Dasey, International Manager, London.

James Dasey joined Doree Bonner International in 1998. After being trained in his chosen field, International Removals, he became responsible for sales in south east England. James has recently been promoted to International Manager London, where he will develop and manage the busy department, which is the International Coordination Centre for the Doree Bonner Group.

David Shove, Group Manager, Business Moving and Development.

David joined Dorees in 1972 as a trainee manager, becoming Assistant Operations Manager in 1976. In 1983 he was appointed manager in charge of Doree Bonner's growing Irish operations. Following acquisition of the business by Kelerbay, David was appointed Group Manager with specific responsibility for heading and developing the company's new Business Moving Division.

Paul Dodds, Group International Sales Consultant.

Paul Dodds joins Doree Bonner from Allied Pickfords where he was an International Sales Specialist responsible for five branches and numerous corporate accounts. Paul brings with him over 15 years experience in the international removals business and will have responsibility for international household relocations to and from the UK.
