On Thursday 16th September 2021, a few members of the Doree Bonner International Team travelled to the sunny shores of Bournemouth Beach to sponsor the LV Treasure Hunt in aid of charity Family Action. They were met with an action-packed day and all for a good cause, too. Over £4,000 was raised by attendees for Family Action.
It was a whirlwind day filled with challenges and teamwork, our DBI Team set out on treasure hunt for ten landmarks around Bournemouth. The race was on. Not only did our team have to flex their camera skills and snap each location but were also required to complete wild array of challenges – note our human pyramid as an example. It seems anything was possible during the LV Treasure Hunt, with reports of unique landmarks like yellow taxis, Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein Pub, and even a talkative parrot (that the team had to invent!).
Claire Rubly says of the day: “It was definitely the best way to get to know Bournemouth if you hadn’t been before. It was also great to meet our customers for the first time in over 18 months.”
Our “purr-fect” Doree Bonner team was made up of Jason Herbert, Claire Rubly, Claire Love-Widden, Gill Clouston, and Lauren Sumner. We’re happy to report that fun was had by all! The team would like to thank LV Insurance for such a great day and thank all the attendees for taking part.
