Move Coordinator – Wycombe

Doree Bonner International is an expanding Removals & Storage Company with branches nationwide. We require a Move Coordinator/Customer Service Administrator to join our busy central team. The position is based in our branch in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

This position is a full-time position – Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm inclusive of one-hour lunch break.

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful applicant to contribute to the smooth running of our central administration team.

The position is available immediately.

Responsibilities of the Move Coordinator:

• Removals Experience Preferable, but not essential
• PC Literate/Pref. Microsoft Office.
• Enthusiastic person able to work as part of a team.
• Pleasant nature with good telephone skills.
• Numerate
• Email and collate returned customer surveys
• Confirm booked jobs with customer
• Handle and book in initial enquiries from potential customers
• Produce invoicing as required
• Produce job sheets
• Processing card payments
• General admin
• Internet searches for house sales / rental and leaflet
• Internet searches for developments and leaflet
• Type letters, minutes and other documents as required
