Data Erasure

  • If you do not enter into a contract with us your data will automatically be deleted after a period of one year, unless you request it to be erased earlier and we have no legal obligation to retain the data.
  • If you enter into a contract with us your data will automatically be deleted after a period of seven (7) years from the date of the last transaction/service provision, unless we have a legal obligation to retain the data.
