Doree Bonner Achieve Above Average in FAIM Audit

Doree Bonner was recently audited by Ernst & Young for our FAIM Certification and achieved above average in all categories.  

FAIM (FIDI Accredited International Mover) is the first industry certification for international movers. Criteria to become FAIM accredited are stringent and the certification is fast becoming a benchmark for quality within the industry and with customers.  

Doree Bonner achieved 100% for resources and quality and environment, which takes into account environmental policy and customer feedback.  A score of 92% and 92.4% was attained for Service and Business Competence, significantly more than the industry averages of 88.3% and 86.5%.

The achievement reflects the quality of Doree Bonner’s service and standing as a highly reputable international removal company.
